This is the replacement roasting chamber to fit the Freshroast SR540 coffee roaster.

 

 

Pre-Umber is happy to offer our customers free shipping on all orders over $100.00 (Northwest Territories, Nunavut and the Yukon there is a flat rate fee)- and as a bonus, we always offer free shipping on the Aerobie Aeropress Permanent filters!  Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.  You will also have the option to choose a faster Canada Post service if you prefer.

If your cart just doesn't seem to total up to $100.00, don't worry.  Pre-Umber offers real-time carrier shipping through Canada Post.  Just go through the checkout process until you see the shipping charges options.  You can choose various Canada Post options depending on how badly you need your coffee :)  You will see real-time pricing so you can rest assured knowing exactly what you will be charged.

Pre-Umber wants you to enjoy your coffee or merchandise as soon as we can get it to you, so we always strive to send your order out within 24 hours of having received it.

LOVE Pre-Umber!

I have been roasting my own coffee for years now and I will only order my green beans from Pre-Umber!
My beans arrive especially fast and I love that I can phone, chat or email with the staff at any time. The bean descriptions are very useful as well the very interesting information about the farms as well as their bean processing methods. I have tried many beans from around the world with them (with 'my go' search being chocolate!) and have never been dissapointed. Also, love that Jonathan and Meghan add a hand written note to all my orders, that gesture really makes my day when I receive my order. For me, there is nothing I would change and am looking forward to many more years of doing business with Pre-Umber.

Fantastic customer service.

The folks at Pre-Umber not only provide excellent coffee options for all of us coffee snobs…or connoisseurs, out there BUT also follow that up with unparalleled customer service. I had a recent shipment issue (thanks CP…) and without hesitation Jonathan had issued a replacement and I had a tracking number in my inbox before I was finished roasting my beans for my nightly after dinner espresso. That’s the sort of service that keeps customers coming back. Ideally you don’t have an issue with shipping, but if you do rest assured Jonathan and the team will be there to make sure you’re happy. 10/10 would recommend.
