Coffee cherries are fermented in GrainPro bags without water for 48 hours.

Sebastian was born in Armenia, Quindio who after living in Bogota for 8 years came back to his home town to manage his father’s farm. As a young and motivated coffee farmer, Sebastian convinced his father to plant rare varietals to help offset the low C market prices. Although a huge risk to replace high producing varietals such as Castillo for low producing varietals, like Gesha, Sebastian was determined to produce an outstanding cup.
